Ultra Consultants, Managing Director, Delivery and Planning

Dennis served multiple roles throughout his almost 10 years with Ultra Consultants. As a member of the executive leadership team, Dennis helped drive the direction of the company, streamlining internal processes and developing policies. As a champion for inclusive company culture, Dennis built trust with his teams of remote employees and subcontractors that supported employee productivity and retention, while driving increased value for Ultra clients.

Dennis also managed recruiting and resourcing for all active and potential projects; aligning resources with the necessary skillsets to the appropriate projects to ensure success. Ultra experienced 10x organizational growth and 10x revenue growth throughout Dennis' tenure. 

IBM Global Business Services / PwC Consulting

With IBM Global Services and PwC, Dennis served as a Management Consultant overseeing IT assessment efforts supporting a $500M IT Portfolio for the US Transportation Command. Prior to this, he provided strategic sourcing best practices for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), managed web-based procurement for the DLA, helped develop the mission-critical DLA Enterprise Portal, and provided business process improvement strategies for the US Navy Network Centric Innovation Center.

Bryco Machine, Vice President

As Vice President of a precision manufacturer, reporting directly to the founder and CEO, Dennis managed all aspects of business management and company operations including strategic planning, staffing, new business development, communications, marketing, competitive positioning, and client management. Dennis led the company through a successful ERP implementation helping to increase sales by 80% while leading a lean manufacturing initiative, increasing employee productivity by 45%.
