Adroit’s food safety programs take into account the various areas of the food safety schemes and typical customer requirements to provide a nice breakdown of the areas that require formalized processes, procedures, and systematic recordkeeping. We are a strong advocate for the integration of business procedures and systems and food safety procedures and systems.

We design a food safety program in which electronic records, electronic signatures, and procedures are facilitated by the business software or ERP system. Control points, etc are flagged in the workflow for documentation. Exceptions are captured in the system. Lot traceability and recalls are facilitated through the system.

By integrating the systems our clients are in a position to produce proof of compliance and recalls very rapidly to stay within regulatory standards.

Our focus is not to just achieve the bare minimum of compliance but to establish a responsive and systematic framework that will scale with the business and provide real-time metrics that provide compliance assurance.
