Quality Module is unique towards Aptean JustFood. The Quality Module has capabilities that throw audits on inbound/outbound documents. This along with feature-rich triggers around production job creation and output for an item.
Additionally, the Quality Module is very flexible with frequency dates being driven from dates. This can be affixed to Items/Customer/Vendors in a myriad of ways/solutions to solve. The frequency dates can be used to keep track of things like updates from item handling documents, Spec Sheets, Nutritionals, MSDS Sheets. Not only those but also things like Vendor Audits and customer credit refreshes.
You can call those audits to throw a list of questions to be fulfilled days/weeks/months in advance vs. expire and chase down the issue. This is conducted through the Quality Worksheet and you can create these activities that are due in the upcoming windows of work a user chooses.

In Base Business Central, there are functions that allow for pallet vehicles and many fast-tracked warehouse operations. JustFood has even further advanced these areas with JF Floor. Users are able to automatically interface with container builds upon transaction processing. Not found in base Business Central. Also, with JF Floor, the ease of access away from a terminal make warehouse operations flexible and portable. While the web client can run on any device, it’s now industry-standard that users can scan into the warehouse operation screens, and Aptean JustFood Floor delivers just that.
Aptean Pay
Aptean JustFood also now has capability around Aptean Pay. This is great for emailing a customer and allows for a payment to be processed via a secure website from an email. This is excellent for either many payments per week to a few a couple of times per year. The flexibility this delivers to the accounting team not only makes a payment more efficient but also abilities to import those payment entries for processing.
