November 1, 2021 – Martha brings to Adroit a deep background in Global Quality Assurance and Food Safety executive leadership. She has broad multicultural and cross-functional leadership from mid-sized food companies to top 100 global food multinationals. Her experience overseen and inspired the implementation of Food Safety and Quality Management Programs in complex and global environments from ‘farm to fork’, interacting with broad multicultural and cross-functional teams, protecting demanding and iconic brands at the regional and global level, in single and multi-site environments, building win-win relationships with suppliers, co-manufacturers, and co-packers.
Martha facilitates the interpretation, integration and implementation of food safety and quality (FS-Q) systems based on applicable food regulations and different standards (e.g., ISO 9000, ISO 22000; GFSI benchmarked schemes: BRC, FSSC22000, SQF, IFI; the AIBI Consolidated Standards for Sanitary Design).
